Are Purple Peptide products for human use?+
No. All products are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research use. They are not for human or veterinary use, not for diagnostic use, and not for any form of bodily introduction. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements.
How are your peptides tested?+
Every batch is tested by Janoshik Analytic, an independent third-party laboratory, for identity and purity by HPLC and mass spectrometry, bacterial endotoxin per USP <85>, heavy metals per USP, and sterility per USP. The Certificate of Analysis for each shipping batch is published in our public COA library and is verifiable at verify.janoshik.com.
Why do I need to sign up to see prices?+
Pricing and the ability to order are limited to verified researchers. You can read every compound education page and the full COA library without an account; pricing and checkout unlock once you complete the quick eligibility attestation and verify your email.
How long does it take to get approved?+
Access is immediate. After you verify your email and affirm the eligibility attestations, your account is active right away — pricing and the catalog unlock immediately. There is no waiting list and no manual review queue.
Do you provide dosing or administration guidance?+
No. Because products are for laboratory research only, we do not publish dosing or administration protocols on product pages. Our pages focus on mechanism of action, published research, storage, and quality data.
What does the volume discount work out to?+
Discounts are basket-wide and based on the total number of vials in your cart: 3% at 3–4 vials, 5% at 5–6, 7% at 7–9, 10% at 10–19, and 20% at 20 or more. The discount is shown in your cart, with a nudge toward the next tier.
How is my order shipped?+
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and ship via tracked carriers, with standard transit of 1–3 business days. Lyophilized peptides are stable for the shipping window; cold-pack shipping is available on request. Orders over $200 (after discount, before tax) ship free.
Can I order at wholesale volumes?+
Yes. For bulk or recurring volume, use our wholesale inquiry form and our team will respond with custom pricing. Wholesale pricing is handled separately from the public volume-discount tiers.
What is your refund policy?+
All orders are final. We remedy transit damage and fulfillment errors reported within 7 days of delivery, and we stand behind every published COA. See our Refund Policy for full details.
