Shipping Policy

This policy describes how we process and ship orders. All products are shipped for laboratory research use only.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping methods and transit

We ship within the United States via tracked carriers. Standard transit is typically 1–3 business days after dispatch. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the standard shipping window.

Cold-pack shipping

Cold-pack shipping is available on request for any researcher whose protocol requires it. Note this in your order or contact us at research@purplepeptide.com before your order ships.

Free shipping

Orders with a subtotal over $200 (calculated after any volume discount and before tax) qualify for free standard shipping. Your cart will show how much more is needed to reach the threshold.

Packaging

All vials are packed to protect against breakage and temperature variation during the standard transit window. Outer packaging is plain and does not identify the contents.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships and is available in your account under order history. If tracking has not updated within three business days of dispatch, contact us.

Lost or delayed shipments

If a shipment is significantly delayed or marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days so we can open a carrier investigation and determine the appropriate remedy.
